Our Goal

Grow Big Trees is bringing back the time tested apprenticeship model.

There is no replacement for experience. We believe on-the-job workforce training is the best way for our apprentices to gain valuable skills towards a rewarding career, and actively build a better future for the rest of the planet.

How does it work?

We are currently employed on a broad range of regenerative forestry projects and the demand is growing. Our apprenticeship will help you:

• build tangible low impact forestry skills

• receive Game of Logging chainsaw training

• empower your innate leadership skills

• learn tree propagation

• develop a deeper understanding of silviculture

• build an understanding of scientific literacy and applied ecology

• grow teamwork and communication skills

Our innovative team includes experts ranging from ecologists and horse loggers, to farmers and food logistics specialists, but we need more. We need the support of people who believe that restoring our planet starts with rolling up our sleeves and getting to work.
